This is a non-fiction journal kept by the writer during the first year of the life of her son. I liked very much the book for its honesty and unpolished style. She tells not so popular truths about uncertainties,fears and anxiety of first-time mothers. It`s a good read for first-time-mothers-to-be but it`s also of interest for any parent (I have two kids and I enjoyed the book).
