In my own opinion this magazine is indeed worth sharing, but then again so are movies and we're not supposed to register them, either.
Maybe you could bundle it with a science or science-fiction book that has been registered with a BCID and release them in an elastic band or a zip baggie, as I've been advised (thank you all!) to do with my children's series. In fact that's a really neat idea - release a book and the corresponding video in a bundle.
