I've never kept track of the books I've read until last year. The
main reason I started listing the books I've read is so I can keep
track of what I've read. So many authors have similar book titles or
the books have changed covers & I get tricked into picking up the book
a second time. Although I wouldn't mind reading some books again, I
have admittedly too many books on my TBR list & would like to make at
least a small dent in it.
I work full time & volunteer for different organizations. I have 2
dogs that I take for frequent walks (I haven't figured out how to read
while walking them on a gravel road.) I am surpised that I had read 8
books in January.
I read for at least an hour before bed most nights. (It helps me
unwind from the day.) When I take a bath on a cold winter's day I
read. I read (a large print book) when I'm on the treadmill. (It keeps
my mind off of watching the clock.) And I make use of any time I'm
waiting for something. (You'd be surprised how much time a week is
spent when you are waiting.)
Ok, so my house isn't spotless & I could probably find other things
to do, but life is short & there are many books to be read.
   Happy reading all!
