I live in southwest MO. I don't know if there are paid staff or not. I would imagine the director is paid, but I can't be sure. Someone else on this list said you had to have a Master's degree even to volunteer. I know in Springfield you have to have had some community service, but I believe that's all. I guess I'm getting my community service by volunteering here.
