explain the BookCrossing viewpoint of e-books there. 

>From your previous post, it sounds as though you're talking about 
files, right? If they are legal copies of the books and if you are not 
planning to keep copies yourself (or if you got them under terms that 
allow you to make copies for others) then you could register them if 
you wanted to; you'd set their category as "e-book" and you'd send the 
full BCID(s) to whoever you emailed the files to so they could journal 
them. But the files aren't going to "travel" in the usual sense; it's 
not as easy to leave them on a bench somewhere {grin}. If they were 
mine I probably wouldn't register them, as I'd rather not register 
anything I can't write a BCID on, but there is the e-book option if 
you want to use it.
