The rules are really easy: read the book, journal about it and find another BC'er who also wants to read it and doesn't mind passing it along to another BC'er. There's no waiting list, no time limit to read the book or no requirement about how to ship it. I like the idea because while I want to keep books circulating, I don't have time to keep track of lists. This way, hopefully, the book will travel well and at its own pace.
