There are lots of forum threads with suggestions for setting up and
managing bookrings. Here are a couple of pointers:

http://www.bookcrossing.com/forum/1/892045 [This one's a post of
mine summarizing the way I go about it.]

http://www.bookcrossing.com/forum/20/1118229 [This is a thread by
BCer mlbish with lots of advice in the initial post and the replies.]

[Also: another, much simpler way of getting rid of a lot of books is
to leave them lying around on park benches and coffee-shop window
ledges and such; no organizing, no postage, no hassle {grin}. I
generally do bookrings for books that I really, really liked and that
are not so well known that most people have already read them, and/or
that are out of print and hard to find. I like mixing it up -
bookrings, trades, wild releases, giving books to non-BCer friends
and family... Spread the books around!]
