Kids and I are excited when we came across the site (via url in a
homeschool blog). We have been passing on our books to other families
back home (Philippines), leaving them in church, ballet class, gym,
etc and never knew there was a term for it until we came across BC.
It is even better coz you can cybertrack them.
Kids have released 2 books here in Colombo since we joined.. no
journal entries yet. Quite down but they won't say it. They want to
give them next to an orphanage. We have already sorted the books for
release/donation. There are very few, or should I say no other active
members here, so there is a nil chance of treasure hunting for them,
too... *sigh* I haven't told them about book rays or rings yet
because I am not sure if there are any out there for kids/families
with kids. Besides, I am new to that, and Sri Lanka seems like at the
edge of the world - read: shipping cost.
I joined so I can glean from your experiences..I know I have a lot to
learn.
