The new features are usually announced in the Announcements forum and 
in newsletter items as they are implemented (though sometimes one 
will sneak in unannounced!). [There's a nice bonus from the spam-
filter option on the anonymous entries: it serves as a reminder to 
BCers that they've forgotten to log in!]
