It is very sad that a teacher has 9th graders reading at a 2nd grade level. How
did they make it to the 9th grade?

This is not me.
Just passing it along.
The RSD is the Recovery School District and Orleans East was one of the
hardest hit areas from the levee breaches.
I'm looking for free books. I teach 9th grade English in an RSD school in
Orleans East. I want to provide an in-class library of books for my students
(there is no library at the school). Any type of books suitable for 9th
graders with reading levels ranging from 2nd grade through 10th would be
greatly appreciated. Phone: 248-941-3406
