Hi.  The closest thing to a comprehensive list is BCer Netstation's 
OBCZ-finder map; you can see it here ( 
http://homepage.mac.com/pachydomo/OBCZWorldMap.htm ).

That lists any official (and some unofficial) book-swap zones that 
have been submitted by BCers, but may not include all of them, and 
some of those listed may not be very active. But it's a great starting 
point if you're going traveling. 

You can also check the BookCrossing site's "go hunting" pages to see 
where books have been released in specific cities within the last 30 
days; those locations may not be OBCZs at all (most aren't), but they 
can give you some idea where the BookCrossing activity is - and may 
suggest places to visit that you hadn't thought of before!
