Good point.  What I did was, I made it so that when I print it out, 
it can be folded in half to be a bookmark.  On one side is the 
slightly longer explanation, and on the other a few snappy phrases 
framed by Please and Thank You.

I deleted this whole section.  I don't want to sound at all whiny.
