We've all heard of the classics written by renown authors like H.G. Wells, Nathaniel Hawthorne, Robert L. Stevenson, etc., but have we really read all their works. On my part, I know the stories (Dr. Jekyll and Mr. Hyde, time traveling, treasure hunts), but I have not really sat down and read the original work. So, I've taken the initiative to read the best known classics:
Dr. Jekyll and Mr. Hyde Time Machine The Call of the Wild The Prince and the Pauper Ethan Frome The Red Badge of Courage My Antonia The Secret Garden Little Women The Wizard of Oz Alice in Wonderland Please join me in this plight to read what we should have read in high school, but never really got around to it (or forgot!). ------------------------------------ Have you told a friend today? http://bookcrossing.com/tellafriend Archives and email list settings: http://groups.yahoo.com/group/BookCrossing Yahoo!
