One of the things about Bookcrossing that I LOVE is the generosity of the members. I have received many books via RABCKS, trades, a couple of wild releases, and I've read a lot via bookrings and rays. That said, I would imagine as a whole, we don't like being taken advantage of either. We tend to be cautious when someone posts a request/demand for books without an introduction about themselves and especially when there is no bookcrossing name attached. When you post in the forums, your name appears. Here is does not. I would like to look at the requester's bookshelf and find out a little about the person before I send my books off. Please sign with your BC name or create a signature line that includes your bookcrossing shelf address. Karen aka Sissyrun

To: [email protected] Date: Friday, November 21, 2008, 7:57 PM Hi everyone, Can anyone help with my hobby? I collect books that have had movies or tv shows adapted from them (or sometimes vice versa) Does anyone have any unwanted books of this type laying around the house that you would want to give away? I am in petrie and can pick up from the local areas around there.
