Well, I never thought I'd read anything in this category. But here's the story: There was a girl at my son's school reading one of the series. My son kinda likes-likes the girl. So he read the series. He seemed to be enjoying it, so I asked if it was good, and he said yes and I should read it, too. And guess what, it was really pretty good! (Especially the parts that went beyond paranormal, or romance, like the bits about friendship, loyalty, courage....)
The series is the trilogy by Kelly Armstrong that starts with The Summoning. I'm not sure if this is paranormal, but several of my friends are loving Kushiel's Dart and other books in that series. (If you haven't heard of it, come over to goodreads.com and see some of the reviews. :) (Also there are groups on goodreads dedicated to paranormal romance and just about every other genre you could think of. :) :) Cheryl --- In [email protected], Sherri <sharalsbooks@...> wrote: > > Don't get me wrong, I am a big fan of paranormal romance and love me some > vampires and werewolves (Team Jacob Girl), and a huge portion of my annual > reading is of the paranormal variety.
