Yes, I agree with you and again it depends on the criticality of the 
data(tolerated failures). Here the proposed recovery mechanism would tolerate 
(ensemble - quorum) failures and trigger when (ensemble - quorum) + 1 Bookie 
reported as faulty. Still we would be able to improve by making it as an admin 
configurable item.
