The tests don't check out for this.
In BookieInitializationTest you shouldn't check for the exact text, as I guess
it changes across java implementations.

On mac, the error code is "Address already in use". Nothing about bind. It's
better to change this to assertTrue() on be.getMessage().contains("Address
already in use").
There are failures in BookieJournalTest. The journal is no longer read in the
constructor, so anywhere a Bookie is created in these tests, you need to call
readJournal afterwards. Don't call start, as that starts GC and stuff we're not
interested in in the test, and which may interfere.
