Thanks a lot Ivan, Uma for the suggestions.
I've prepared initial patch to discuss the api design. Script changes are
pending and has to be done by exposing 'disable' command.
I'm thinking 'disable' command can be written in the admin
class[BOOKKEEPER-319] which is to manage the whole replica process.
Could you please review the proposed changes.
