Attachment: 392.diff
Merges containsKey+get or get+remove calls into gets/removes, respectively.
Uses putIfAbsent or precise remove where appropriate. Also replaces the
LinkedList in HedwigClientImpl.host2topic with a threadsafe linked list (CLQ).
