I think jira should be more about how to deal with exception in 
NIOServerFactory, no? In b4.2, we just issue a warn message upon an exception 
and perhaps this is ok as long as the socket is still open. In the case of an 
error, I'm wondering if we should consider shutting down. Is that overkill?
