this patch acts a bit different as we discussed above. I thought "-ro" option
is to print readOnly bookies only, if '-ro' option is not provided, print all
the bookies. It would be better to print bookies in different two sections, one
is 'rw bookies' while the other one is 'ro bookies', which make the output
clear rather than mixing them together.
