When I ran BookieFailureTest.testAsyncBK3, randomly this test case is hanging.
I couldn't find the cause, when I took threadump it shows the bk#shutdown is
indefinitely waiting.
Anyway I'll try reading NIO documentation about the possible causes and will
see our logic once.
