Thanks for doing it, Rakesh. As I understand it, this is trying to capture the
state machine in PCBC, right? The difficulty here is that a connection does not
map so nicely to the behavior the app observes like with ZooKeeper. I guess
what I'm trying to say is that this is not very useful from a high level if we
can't represent what the state transitions mean to the application.
