[~ikelly] Fixed 1 & 2. Reg point#3, I've tried an approach where asynchronously
spawn all the ledgers and then print the progress in the main thread. Also,
added operation timeout option for the command. Please see when you get time.
bq.How to update Cookies with hostname:
I thought of using FileSystemUpgrade command. I've tried testing this, but its
skipping the upgrade as 'current' directory already exists and not identifying
directory structure changes. I think existing upgrade cannot be used for
renaming the bookie id in cookies. If I introduce upgrade options for updating
cookies locally and zk service alone like follows. What do you say?
