in bookkeeper itself, there isn't things tight with session. the only place is
about bookie registration. but the bookie registration is just a service/bookie
advertising. it isn't critical, so the bookie doesn't need to shutdown. just
register itself again would be ok.
so both client and server just need one reconnectable zk client.
