bq.The way to keep a default constructor with a NullStatsLogger. I don't see a
strong reason to remove them. so I will keep them around.
ReplicationWorker, AuditorElector - both are internal entities to the
AutoRecovery module and is used only inside AutoRecoveryMain. I was thinking in
that way.
