I had to remove the @link annotations from some places in ServerConfiguration
because they were referring to classes for which javadoc is not generated. We
only generate the javadoc for client packages. We shouldn't even be generating
for ServerConfiguration in the first place, but there's no way to exclude a
single java file :/
