I think we are successfully back online now thanks to SABDA who are providing this Mailman. Thanks to the SABDA committee for agreeing to host [booklink-list] after the demise of my Mailman accounts. Some years ago it was mentioned that he was originally born Kramer, which name being reversed pronounced as Remark, or Remarque as he later spelt it. Checking his small Wikipedia biography I see no mention of this, he being listed as born Remark. Any comments or sources for this anecdote?
