Good Afternoon All,
I wanted to keep you all up-to-date as to what
the committee is doing in terms of trying to deal
with the above Act with reference to our trade :
I have a meeting with Colonel Gerhard Pretorius
first thing in the morning tomorrow at his offices.
The purpose of this meeting is to hand over all
the relevant documentation and application form for
the accreditation of SABDA as an official
association in terms of the above Act. I am not
sure how long this application will take to be
processed, however, I will report back to you on the
matter. I thought I would save us a bit of time
by going straight to the (almost) top of the
food-chain rather than submitting the application
through the expected channels.
I have received some recommendations from the police
on our revised constitution. We will try an
incorporate the suggestions during the next week
after which we will send the document out for your
approval.
