I bought a pair of 'these' (https://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/Logitech-Speaker-Bass-Horn-parts170089-0000-For-Logitech-Squeezebox-Radio/283522191052) to try out. They arrived during the week and I haven't had a chance to compare them to a dismantled Boom, but they do look like I remember of the Boom drivers. I'll check over the weekend.
It does seem that it may be the sellers who are not identifying these correctly - I saw some of those earlier threads that gave part numbers, and one I think where the seller had stated they are not for the Boom.
