Thanks for that. I'll give it a fly. What's been happening in my case is that LMS downloads, and clicking on INFO shows that the full package has arrived. But when I click on INSTALL, the Mac goes through the motions and puts up a box with a big green 'tick' and tells me that the installation was successful, but nothing has actually arrived. The log file shows that SIGKILL has blocked all the files, one-by-one.
Anyway, I'll follow your instructions and post a report on what happens, having removed all previous downloads.
