So it seems that there are many instances of display problems! Mine has not quite gone blank, but is barely visible - so bad it is not clear to see the settings! Also I have the problem mentioned by many, that there seems to be a dodgy connection to the power input socket. If I wiggle the connector, I can get it to stay on, but any movement, and it disconnects. Like others, I am not technical enough to trouble shoot electronics - I can't even figure how to open the unit! Looks like a special tool is required. Any thoughts for someone located in Ireland to have my unit fixed? :confused:
