See Post #3 above your post, Michael Herger is the only one who can help you, post a *_couple_* of replies to this and then you should be able to send him a private message (three posts required I think) - click on his forum name and you'll see the option to private message him - provide him the mac address from the bottom of the player and he will free it up on Logitech's system.
