Here's a list of things TODO on the Pool library; these things will be done on
an "as-I-get-around-to-it" basis:
. Evaluate changes necessary for MSVC 6sp4 (Could use some help from people
who own MSVC...)
. Create more exhaustive test/example files, possibly other timing tests;
convert to the new Boost testing harness
