I've imported the DocBook XML DTD into the sandbox and made the BoostBook DTD
point to the local copy to further reduce our dependencies on outside
sources. As time permits, I'm going to try to write some tutorials on getting
XSLT and XInclude processors working together to get HTML output from the
BoostBook sources.
