I've added the "html.xsl" stylesheet, which customizes the DocBook chunked 
HTML output to feel more like a normal Boost web page. The standard Boost 
header (with "Home", "Libraries", "People", "FAQ", and "More" links) is now 
present on every page of HTML instead of the header that was there 
previously. Of course, you can check it out at:
