Definitely a path issue:
/D%3A/Dev/Projects/Boost/boost/libs/algorithm/string/doc/xml/structboost_1_1algorithm_1_1collection__traits.xml
That %3A should be a colon. Everything's okay on Windows XP (non-Cygwin) and
Linux, and I'll try to reproduce/fix the issue on Cygwin later.
(BTW, I see the enum problem as well and will look into it).
