For some reason, the transformation from BoostBook xml to html seems to
strip out all links that are defined in the <purpose> tag of a <class>
tag. For instance, the <xref> tag generates nothing at all in the html
file, and the <link> tag outputs the text that is between the <link> and
</link> tags as plain text, not as a hyperlink. Is this intentional?
