http://www.meta-comm.com/engineering/resources/cvs_main_trunk/doc/html/bbv2.howto.html Shows that the way chapter xrefs are represented is awkward. Instead of, e.g. "Chapter, Tutorial" it should be "the Tutorial chapter" or in HTML, just "Tutorial".
