It doesn't help everyone, but in Mozilla I can turn on the "Site Navigation
Bar" to navigate through the docs with a nice little menu...

Make sure you've exhausted all of the possible tweaks we can do just via XSL
stylesheet parameters for the DocBook->HTML phase. Norman Walsh has thought
of lots of these problems already :)
