I'm trying to use BBv2, Boost.Book and Doxygen to generate documentation, and I'm having trouble getting it set up. I managed to build BBv2 from CVS (under cygwin) and followed the steps to get it working with doxygen, but when I execute "bjam --v2 --version", I get this:
warning: Doxygen initialization: Boost.Build stylesheets not found
warning: Generation of single XML file won't be possible.

Boost.Jam 03.01.10Why can't doxygen find the boost.build stylesheets? I've added the following lines to my v2/user-config.jam
using boostbook : /home/catfood/docbook-xsl-1.65.1/
: /home/catfood/docbook-dtd-4.2/
;using doxygen : DOXYGEN ;
where docbook-xsl-1.65.1 and docbook-dtd-4.2 are the directories into which I installed the DocBook XSL stylesheets and the DocBook DTD respectively. I have the BOOST_BUILD_PATH env var set to $(BOOST_ROOT)/tools/build/v2.
Can anybody spot a step I've missed? Thanks.
