After mimicking the libs/function/doc directory and replacing
function.xml with refcycle_counted.xml containing:
<bibliomset relation='journal'>
<title>Information Processing Letters</title>
<volumenum>34</volumenum>
<pagenums>31-35</pagenums>
<pubdate>1990</pubdate>
</bibliomset>.
the output from bjam --v2 contained no formatting for anything in
the bibliography, including the following:
Information Processing Letters3431-351990.
Should the file:
docbook-xsl-1.65.1/html/biblio.xsl
which is contained in a download from:
http://unc.dl.sourceforge.net/sourceforge/docbook/docbook-xsl-1.65.1.tar.gz
be modified to supply some formatting, or is there a better way?
