The BoostBook "functionname" element seems to have the same role as the DocBook "function" element, and the BoostBook "function" element seems to mean something else entirely. Is there a good reason for this change-up?
Also, the documentation for the BoostBook "function" element shows an example with no instance of <function> in it! What's going on here?
