I still like to have some margin for programlistings. Maybe, reducing it from 
4% to 2% will be better. Especially given that local TOCs have margin, making 
program listing use zero margin make for inconsistent look. See

The red arrows show the locations with different margins.

Maybe some CSS expert knows how to set zero margin for programlistings inside 
tables, without affecting other listings.
