There are a few awkward spots, like the bibliography (QuickBook doesn't like anchors inside list elements - yet ; )
Hmmm. That's odd. Can you spot the problem?

BoostBook problem, AFAICT. I've reported this before. Please correct me if I'm wrong.
Anyway, as other people have noticed, QuickBook itself is quite easy to maintain (easy to add features, etc). I am thankful to people like Eric Niebler, Thomas Guest, James Fowler, Joao Abecasis for contributing code and improving QuickBook. Now, the little program that started out as a weekend hack has evolved to be a truly useful tool. I am sure, that the more boosters using it, the more powerful, robust and feature rich it will become.
