[Boost-docs] [quickbook] Library name & title

Quickbook currently uses the same value for a library's name attribute 
and the title, but most boost libraries define these differently. For 
example Boost.Array does this:

<library name="Array" dirname="array" id="array">
  <libraryinfo>
    ...
  </libraryinfo>
  <title>Boost.Array</title>
Would it be possible to add either a title or name attribute to library 
to allow this in quickbook?
