Thanks! I've identified the problem. It's easy to fix but it's
fundamental in the way quickbook handles white spaces in markups.
For example
doc_version = space >> "[version" ...
disallows whitespace between [ and version. And
doc_authors =
space
>> "[authors" >> hard_space
>> doc_author
>> *( ','
>> doc_author
)
>> ']' >> +eol_p
;
disallows whitespace before the last ].
It's easy to allow space(s) in between, but I need to evaluate the
exact places where this should be applied. I noticed a lot of places
in the grammar where this should be applied. I'll fix those after
the Boost 1.33 release.
