I'm not sure where to lay the blame for this one:
If I build docs with
<xsl:param>navig.graphics=0
which is particularly useful for testing when I don't want to bother with
the images etc: then the generated html contains navigation buttons as text,
with a class of spirit-nav, but the style sheet defines spirit-nav anchors
to be white text on a white background!
Was this intentional? Can we change it?
