No. Get boost instead. The latest version is in the tools
directory.

hmmm... I'm not sure. It should be there.

QuickDoc is the precursor of QuickBook. QuickDoc generates
xml, specifically BoostBook/DocBook xml.To understand why
BoostBook/DocBook is more powerful compared to simply
generating plain HTML, I suggest reading up on these two.
