Perhaps, this is a Quickbook problem. The HTML code reads:
<span class="underline">_init</span>_.py

It is! And with the new CSS, it is underlined!
Darn! I know those "quick" wiki formatters will somehow
bite me one way or another. It was not visible prior to
Eric's CSS tweak. Well, it's not a problem in "code" mode
(e.g. `__init__`), and it's certainly visible, so it's not
probably a big problem.

I'm CCing the Boost docs list. Thoughts anyone?
